Individual Therapy
I offer support to individuals (13+) with a range of mental health needs. Individual therapy aims to improve mental health, self-awareness, and overall quality of life by exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential environment.
How are sessions made to fit my needs?
I use a variety of methods (see below) which can be used independently or combined, depending on your specific needs and goals. Individual therapy aims to offer a supportive and personalized approach to you overcome challenges, understand yourself better, and improve your mental and emotional well-being.
