  • Are you accepting new clients?

    Yes! I am currently accepting new clients in the state of Washington.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    l accept Premera, Regence and Lifewise.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Credit card, debit card, HSA or FSA debit card.

  • How do I make an appointment?

    Once you fill out the inquiry form or email me directly at hello@meghannashcounseling.org, then I will reach out to you to schedule a 15 minute free phone consult. If we decide we are a good fit for one another, we can discuss scheduling your first session.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full amount of the session for missed appointments or failing to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    Clients are expected to show at the start of the session. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled. This would be considered a no-show, and you would be charged a full fee.

  • How long and frequent are sessions?

    Each session is 50 minutes long. I recommend participating in therapy on a weekly basis during the beginning of treatment. However, this frequency can increase or decrease depending on goals and progress.

  • Do you have a sliding scale option?

    I offer a limited number of reduced-rate slots. If you are interested in working with me but have concerns about affording the session rate, please reach out to inquire about a reduced rate.
