    Individual therapy is about focusing on you – your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and goals – to help you feel better, improve your relationships, and work through life's challenges in a safe, non-judgmental setting.

  • Healthcare Worker

    Caring for others can take a toll on your own emotional health. If you're struggling with burnout, compassion fatigue, or finding balance, I provide a safe space for you to explore those feelings and develop strategies to manage your well-being.

  • ADHD/Behavior Therapy

    If ADHD is affecting your ability to focus and manage daily tasks, I’m here to support you. We’ll work together to develop strategies that help you stay organized, reduce impulsivity, and improve your overall well-being.
